I grew up in up state New York and it will always be home to me...love the river rat cheese curd..cant get it here in the south...only by mail order.
About 6 years ago, my two sons and I made a trip back to New York and they had river rat cheese curd for the first time...it was awesome..nothing like it. Now when I order it...they fight over who will get the most of it..great job...well done..

I use to get Cheese Curds when I was about 13 In Utica,NY. That was 60 years ago. When I saw them again in Remsen on my way up to Old Forge I just had to try them again. Your Cheese Curds are as good as I've ever had. After 60 years it was a pleasure to taste them again. What a fine product to put on the market.

how can i say this,until married to a woman from up state newyork i had never had cheese curd. this stuff is awsome. i will be making a trip up on the 25 of june a you can beleve that i will stockup on you product.

From the first time I had these, I was hooked. i love cheese curds, and the cheddar and the garlic 'squeaky' cheese is incomparable. I make it a point to stop and get some whenever I go through that way.
